Stephanie Stephanie Forbes Hudgins
As a young dancer, Stephanie quickly confirmed movement was her passion. She choreographed for local theatrical plays, choral groups, dance troupes, and pageantry. While active in ballet, tap, jazz, and pointe, she was introduced to the Pilates method. Stephanie instantly connected with this fitness discipline and went on to attend George Mason University (becoming a member of the GMU Dance Company) and Christopher Newport University, earning a B.A. Communication Studies with a Dance Minor. She then found it natural to pursue a career in fitness instruction. Stephanie traveled between Richmond, Baltimore, Fairfax, and Palm Beach Gardens earning Pilates and group exercise certifications from STOTT PILATES, AFAA, NETA, and All-American Pilates. She fulfilled the dream of opening a studio in 2006, which led to studying a broad range of wellness topics: post- shoulder, hip, knee and/or back surgery rehab, Pilates for asthma, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis, etc. Stephanie attends several conferences annually believing that fitness is an on-going process; in addition she is a certified ZEN•GA instructor. She is enthusiastic, and enjoys helping clients achieve and maintain optimal health. Stephanie's greatest reward is having physically fit satisfied clients.

Adrianne Adrianne Flinn
A youth full of playing sports and dancing paved the way to Adrianne's adult passion for exercise, nutrition and overall wellness. After earning her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Longwood University, she began her career as a personal trainer and Pilates instructor. Developing further, she became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.), STOTT Pilates, CORE BARRE, 200RYT, ZEN•GA and TRX certified instructor. Adrianne's professional experience includes; Fitness Specialist at NASA Langley fitness center, adjunct professor at Longwood University, and Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor at the Boar's Head Sports Club in Charlottesville, VA. Additional experiences that have made an impact on her instruction include golf and tennis sport specific training, plus a strength and conditioning practicum for Longwood University's Division I basketball team. Ultimately, she loves watching students progress and hearing them claim they "improved their game" or "no longer have pain."

Scilla Scilla Leitner  
Scilla taught fitness classes for 15 years in her home town of Pozzuoli, Italy. Tired of teaching to big groups of people at various fitness centers, where instructors never really have the opportunity to help people individually, and having started to take Pilates herself, she fell in love with the core based exercise program. She decided to certify at Pilates Monterey, a PMA school of registry in California, where she took the Comprehensive Teacher Training course for MAT; Reformer; Trapeze table; Wunda chair; Arc Barrel plus Ped O' Pull. In 2011, she was found positive for the gene for breast cancer and opted for a double mastectomy. The recovery was hard and no one could really give her an exercise routine, so eager, she started her own rehab which proved to be extremely helpful for a fast recovery. Following in 2013, she got certified as a Post Rehab Breast Cancer Exercise specialist with the Pink Ribbon program and has worked with recovering clients through the Pilates Monterey Peninsula Project. She has since then continued her education, certifying to teach clients with osteoporosis through BASI Pilates; working with a variety of clients with knee and hip replacements; severe scoliosis; lower back pain; frozen shoulder and tennis elbow. She has had the opportunity to work with amateur athletes such as surfers; golfers; cyclists and swimmers. She is the number one fan of the Pilates program and her excitement is contagious. 

Nikki Nikki Kelly
Nikki has been involved in sports and gymnastics since a young age. Her passion for athletics lead her to pursue a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology from Liberty University. After college, she worked for various chiropractors as an Exercise Specialist. Nikki started taking barre classes in 2013 and instantly fell in love with the energy, method, and results! She became a certified instructor for Booty Barre instructor in early 2014. Booty Barre is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from dance, Pilates, and yoga. With the combination of strength, flexibility, and cardio training, this workout will tone and define the whole body. Nikki loves helping people reach their fitness goals while maintaining a fun, exciting, and stress free environment.
